MNO Solar Panel Program

The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) is proud to announce the launch of its Solar Panel Program. This initiative is designed to promote green energy and reduce the carbon footprint of Métis-owned homes across the province.
The Solar Panel Program offers eligible Métis Citizens the opportunity to apply for a one-time, forgivable loan of up to $25,000 towards the installation of a new 5kw rooftop solar system. By fostering energy-efficient upgrades, the MNO aims to build a cleaner, more sustainable future for Métis communities across the province.

Early Learning and Child Care Conference on March 1-2, 2025
Attention early years educators! Join us at the 2025 MNO Early Learning and Child Care Conference on March 1-2, 2025, at White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Registration is open from October 28 to December 16 (or until spaces are filled).

Métis Decorative Arts
Then and Now: The Inspiration of Métis Decorative Arts
Dates: until January 4, 2025
The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) invites up to six families from each region (1-9) to join the 2024 Family Rendezvous, “Telling Our Stories.” This special event will connect Métis families
with children and youth (ages 4-17) to their culture, with a focus on storytelling. The rendezvous takes place at the J.W. Marriott Rosseau in Minett, ON, from November 8-9, 2024.
